S.M.A.R.T. People™ Non-Commercial Attribution Licence

This licence applies to software created and distributed by S.M.A.R.T. People™ under the name “S.M.A.R.T. People™”.

The specific software covered by this licence is identified in its accompanying copyright notice, documentation, source-code header or other accompanying materials.

Permission

Permission is granted to use, copy and modify the software solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that all of the conditions in this licence are followed.

You must retain the following in all copies and substantial portions of the software:

The copyright notice;
This licence;
The name “S.M.A.R.T. People™”; and
Any required attribution notices included with the software.

Modified versions must clearly identify the changes made to the original software and must continue to include the required copyright and attribution notices.

This licence does not grant permission to use the S.M.A.R.T. People™ name, trade marks, logos or other branding except where necessary to preserve the copyright and attribution notices required by this licence.

Any separate use of S.M.A.R.T. People™ branding requires prior written permission.

No Warranty

This software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or reliability.

You use the software entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S.M.A.R.T. People™ shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from or relating to the software or its use.

Termination

Your rights under this licence automatically terminate if you breach any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using, copying, modifying and distributing the software, unless you have received separate written permission from S.M.A.R.T. People™.
